Carolyn (Caz) Howard – Principal Trainer in The Pilates Method
My name is Caz and I have taught, practised and studied Pilates for over 25 years. My dedication and love to teaching and sharing pilates has not only enriched my life but many others.

In addition to Pilates I have studied and qualified in Remedial Massage, Health Coaching, Chi Running, Yoga, and many more. I see the need to be versatile, holistic and flexible with client’s needs. Maybe it’s a traditional Pilates session, mentoring, massage, or chi running lesson.

I do this in both a formal framework, as an Accredited Course Provider, but also everyday in individual and class environments (live and online).
I hope to inspire people about their bodies and health, through movement and mindfulness and CARE!

My Journey
My Pilates path began 25 years ago in Tasmania, where I completed the first instructor training programs offered in the state. From there, I moved to Northern NSW, where I owned and operated Pilates studios for two decades, working closely with a diverse client base and mentoring new teachers along the way.
In 2019, I relocated to Melbourne, where I now live and run a boutique Pilates and wellness studio in North Melbourne, continuing my mission to offer highly personalised movement experiences grounded in decades of knowledge and intuitive understanding.
