With over 25 years of dedication to the Pilates method, I’ve designed this unique program as a way to pass on my knowledge, experience, and deep love for the practice. What You’ll Experience

 

You’ll be introduced to the foundational principles of Pilates, based on the Fletcher approach, which remains one of the closest lineages to the original method. Over six months, you'll progress through a tailored journey designed to integrate Pilates into your everyday life — physically, mentally, and spiritually.This program includes:Two tailored sessions per week (in person or online) Optional home practice and mindful movement guidance

Chi Running

Imagine running with ease — light, relaxed, and free from the strain and discomfort that so often holds runners back. With improved posture, a gentle forward lean, and fluid upper body movement, Chi Running and Walking helps you optimise energy, reduce impact, and reconnect with the natural joy of movement.

Rooted in the principles of Tai Chi and Pilates, this technique is simple, sustainable, and transformative. It offers a way to run and walk mindfully — in harmony with your body — so you can move well for life.

Over 15 years ago, I discovered the book Chi Running, and within a week of trying it, I felt a remarkable difference — less pain, more enjoyment, and a newfound freedom in my stride. That discovery led me to train directly with the creators in the U.S., become a certified instructor, and eventually a Master Trainer in the method.

Since then, I’ve taught people of all ages, body types, and levels of experience — from those wanting to return to running after injury, to complete beginners, to seasoned runners aiming to run smarter, not harder.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience, I offer a holistic approach to remedial massage that goes beyond surface-level relief.

 

This is not just massage it’s targeted, therapeutic work tailored to your unique body, designed to restore balance, reduce pain, and support long-term postural and movement health.

 

As an accredited remedial massage therapist, my work draws on a deep understanding of the body’s structure and function. Each session includes postural and movement analysis to uncover the root cause of tension, imbalance, or discomfort — not just treat the symptoms.
